Developed a efficient mechanical utility for cutting and bending reinforced steel. It helps well for construction purposes. It works fine with 2HP power. But highlight is its working on manual mode in absence of electric power source. In manual mode, a single man power with a leaver push can and deliver same output as a 2HP power. In manual mode, one manpower can efficiently cut and/ or bend a steel bars of up to 40 mm diameter. Complete mechanical assembly very safe in use and requires pretty less effort then imagined.
