Quality policy aims to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently exceed the needs and expectations of its customers. This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities. Achievement of this policy involves all staff, each of whom is individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by a Director or Quality Manager.

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

  • Establishing Quality Environmental, Health & safety Policy & Objectives. Chairperson for Management Reviews. Operation and review of System that is being operated in the company.
  • Assigning trained personnel for management of various IMS activities. Decision and appropriate actions including recall of goods, deals nonconformance detected or reported after the product is delivered and/ or used, rework at customers end if required.
  • Communicate all customer requirements clearly & accurately within the company, so that there is less chances of discrepancy and also improvement in the quality.
  • Sales planning. Explore & assess market demand. Identification of resource requirements, as applicable. Purchase of materials and components of best quality for the betterment of customers. And lastly the Vendor Evaluation.
  • Review & assess the reports. Implementation & compliance with the requirement of project quality control plan.
  • Monitor work progress against program & take CA/PA for deviations occurred.   • Make detailed work program in accordance with the master CPM program of works& monitor progress against such program, marking the progress made on the program.

  • To establish, implement and maintain the processes of QMS. To assess performance of the Quality Management System and also advice any need for Improvement.
  • Assume responsibilities for organizing, supervising & directing all project activities in accordance with project program

HR EXECUTIVE

  • Prepare schedule of training programmes.
  • Select competent trainer & arrange training as competency need assessment
  • Employees record keeping
  • Organization development, change management initiatives, and company-wide environment for employees.
  • Responsible for community outreach and communication, and charitable giving.
  • Managing external employment agencies, recruiters, and temporary staffing agencies.
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all human resources efforts.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

  • Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and growth plans.
  • Train the Finance Unit and other staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters.
  • Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise the Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters.
  • Ensure adequate controls are installed and that substantiating documentation is approved and available such that all purchases may pass independent and governmental audits
  • Attend Board and Subcommittee meetings; including being the lead staff on the Audit/Finance Committee.
  • Monitor banking activities of the organization.
  • To assure that all bills are made correctly & submitted on time.
  • Disbursement of salary to all work force on time.

SUPERVISOR

  • To assure all equipments are in proper working condition. To keep all the tools & spare parts ready in case of any break down.
  • Follow the machine maintenance schedule. Maintain breakdown records

EMPLOYEE RULES

Commonly accepted standards of conduct help maintain good relationships between people. They promote responsibility and self development. You can avoid misunderstandings, frictions and disciplinary action by avoiding thoughtless or wrong acts, such as the following:

  • Failure to perform work, inefficient performance, incompetence or neglected work. Willful refusal to perform work as directed (insubordination).
  • Negligence in observing regulations, poor housekeeping, or failure to report on‐the‐job injuries or unsafe conditions.
  • Unexcused or excessive absence or tardiness. Failure to call superintendent or manager within one hour after the scheduled start time and each day of absence.
  • Unwillingness or inability to work in harmony with others. Discourtesy, irritation, friction or conduct creating disharmony.
  • Horseplay, fighting, threatening, intimidating or coercing others on company premises.
  • Bringing unauthorized weapons, firearms or explosives on site. Harassing or discriminating against another individual.
  • Failure to be prepared for work by wearing the appropriate clothing or bringing the necessary tools.
  • Violation of any other commonly accepted reasonable rule of responsible personal conduct.

AT WILL EMPLOYMENT POLICY

  • The Vision House reserves the right to discontinue employment at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Employees also reserve the same right. Nothing contained in this book, or any other personnel materials which may be issued, create a binding contract or other obligation or liability by the company.
  • The Vision House reserves the right to report the illegal removal of company or employee property, possession or use of firearms and explosives, use or trafficking of illegal drugs, to law enforcement officials and to turnover to the custody of law enforcement officials any such stolen property, firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, and/or person(s) involved with said property.

EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • EMPLOYER

    At no time will an employee be required or expected to work where conditions are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to his/her health. To insure that such conditions do not exist, the company will initiate and maintain the necessary programs to prevent unsafe conditions from Arising.The Company shall conduct regular inspections of its job‐sites. Only employees that are qualified by training or experience shall be allowed to operate equipment. Tools, equipment, etc., whether company or personal and not meeting safety or health regulations will be removed from service. Operators of all heavy equipment (for example: crane, forklift, backhoe, aerial lifts, etc.) must be trained and authorized.
